Dan Wilson Organ Trio

This Friday, grab tickets to the Dan Wilson Organ Trio at Dazzle. This is a guitar-forward organ trio experience with showtimes scheduled for 6:30 PM and 9:00 PM. Doors open an hour beforehand. This is an all ages show, so bring the kiddos along or enjoy a date night. You can make any night extra special with a Date Night Package. Tickets are priced at $45 for a delightful bottle of wine and a decadent dessert to share. If you upgrade to the Premium Package, you can also enjoy a charcuterie plate. Dan Wilson will be playing guitar, with David Throckmorton on drums and Clifford Barnes on organ.

The Home Show is being presented by Lifetime Home Remodeling. The 2026 Spring Plant Sale is being hosted at a new location for 2026 — City Park Greenhouse. Expect twice as many plants as ever before! Just in time for Mother’s Day, DUG’s sale has everything you need to start growing your garden this spring. From 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM on both Friday and Saturday. The event is being hosted in collaboration with Denver Parks & Recreation and will feature a large selection of seedlings, flower hanging baskets, straw mulch, compost bags, potted trees and even raspberry bushes! Bring a wagon or a cart to carry out plants and a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated while you shop. If you bring a blank t-shirt or tote bag, you can also get screen printing for free with DUG’s new mascot, Duggie!

Colorado Rapids vs. St. Louis City

The Colorado Rapids are facing off against St. Louis City this Saturday at DICK’S Sporting Goods Park. The game is scheduled for 7:30 PM. The team competes as part of Major League Soccer in the Western Conference. All parking is free for Colorado Rapids home matches, with four entry and exit points for the park. Refer to the map here. Arrive at least 45 minutes prior to kickoff to avoid longer wait lines while also increasing the likelihood of parking in your preferred lot.

Mother’s Day 5K

The Wash Park Home Tour is run by the Steele PTA, a non-profit organization. Art in the Everyday Workshop

Four Mile Historic Park is excited to celebrate Mother’s Day with the Art in the Everyday Workshop this weekend. If you’ve always wanted to participate in a community art project, this is your chance! This has been an ongoing quilt project that was brought to the park this spring by artist Laura Phelps Rogers. The drop-in workshop will take place on Sunday from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Attendees should plan for approximately 30-40 minutes to create their piece. All ages and experience levels are welcome, so bring the family or a friend or two!

This is not a drop off program, so parents and caregivers should plan to stick around and engage with their toddler during the half hour program!

Low Sensory Morning

From 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM on Saturday, the museum will be closed to the general public and attendance will be limited for a quieter, more relaxed environment. The sounds in the exhibits will also be lowered. Tickets are free but space is limited, so reserve your free tickets in advance to ensure your spot is locked in. Visiting the History Colorado Center is an exciting opportunity to explore the state’s rich heritage through interactive exhibits and immersive experiences!

5K Space Race
