If you haven’t yet heard the group perform, they’re a collective of young Denver-based musicians who play in various ensembles and settings across Colorado and beyond. Sonically, the trio can be best described as a blend of instrumental jazz and hip-hop-influenced sounds of both covers and original compositions. This is an all-ages event.
PRO Tip: There is a minimum purchase of two food or beverage items per person at Dazzle. There is also a 10% seat tax to the city and county of Denver, as well as $5 to cover music licensing and fees and a $0.75 fee for ticketing services.

If you’ve been wanting to learn more about native plants in Denver’s climate, then you won’t want to skip this presentation at the Smiley Branch Library in Denver! The Native Plants lecture is presented by Colorado State University Extension Denver Master Gardeners this Saturday from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Attendees will learn about what plants are already native to the Mile High City’s dry climate and which ones help support pollinators and wildlife. The master gardeners can help teach you how to incorporate native plants into your urban landscape.

Beer and Macaron Pairing at Bruz Beers

Bruz Off Fax will be carefully pairing four Bruz brews with four of Le Clare’s deliciously decadent macarons for a fun and playful event. This is a self-guided pairing, so swing by the taproom at your convenience on Saturday to sample the pairing. Pre-order tickets so you don’t miss out! General admission to this pairing is priced at $39.19. Saturday hours run from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
PRO Tip: The tasting room at Bruz has two large flat screens, as well as a spacious patio and lots of seating at the bar, tables and in the lounge area. Paid parking is available in a large lot directly south of the tasting room, as well as free parking along York and in surrounding neighborhoods. The patio is dog-friendly!
Arvada Kite Festival

The 2025 Arvada Kite Festival is celebrating 20 years! This is one of the City of Arvada’s flagship events and is hosted each spring by the Arvada Festivals Commission. This year, the festivities will be held at the Stenger Sports Complex. Come on out this Sunday from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM to catch the soaring kites and celebrate the new season. Bring your kite out or buy one at the event. Shop local vendors at the festival and enjoy good music. There will also be local vendor booths and more food trucks this year than ever before!
PRO Tip: Attendees are encouraged to bring chairs and blankets! Kite demonstrations will be provided by the Rocky Mountain Kite Association and there will be free kids activities such as face painting and inflatables.
ArtBar: Mala Making

Colorado Mammoth vs. Saskatchewan Rush

The Colorado Mammoth is an American professional lacrosse team based in Denver. The team competes in the National Lacrosse League and plays their home games at Ball Arena. The team is taking on the Saskatchewan Rush this Sunday at 2:00 PM and tickets are still available — so grab yours now! Sunday’s game is the final home game of the regular season. Snag a spot in the Party Zone for just $40. The team has won two NLL cups, with the most recent being in 2022. The team competes in an 18-game regular season from December to April.
PRO Tip: If you can’t make it out to Ball Arena this weekend, you can still catch the game on ESPN! ESPN shows a minimum of 10 games on one of their linear channels, while also simulcast on ESPN+.

Denver’s Rodolfo “Corky” Gonzales Library is hosting a Little University program this Friday from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM. Music Time will help little learners dive beyond traditional story time and engage with The Dollhouse Thieve’s original music, as well as familiar songs that focus on topics like nutrition, social skills, fine and gross motor skills, language, and more. The group uses a wide spectrum of instruments across an array of musical genres to keep children excited and engaged throughout the activity. Little University is suitable for children from birth through preschool, along with their caregivers.
PRO Tip: Little University will be held in the Lena Archuleta Community Room at the library. No registration is required.
The Hulk @ Bounce Empire

Bounce Empire is excited to invite kiddos and their families for a smashing good time this Friday! The Hulk will be making a special appearance during what’s sure to be an unforgettable night of fun, memories, and super strength! Families can take advantage of one-on-one photo opportunities, as well as interactive playtime with the big green Hulk himself. All ages are welcome and children between the ages of 7 and 12 need a parental guardian in the building. Younger kids need to be accompanied by a parental guardian while on the floor. After 10:00 PM, the venue transitions to 18 and up.

Breakfast Fly-In

Wings Over the Rockies is hosting its monthly Breakfast Fly-In this Saturday from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Exploration of Flight (Centennial Airport). These monthly fly-ins feature planes, pilots, speakers, and of course — breakfast! Food will be available for purchase from a local food truck. As you eat, watch as the aircraft fly in and explore interactive exhibits and simulators. This weekend’s food truck is the Colorado Coney Company. Tickets are priced at $12.95 for adults ages 17 to 64, $10.95 for active military and veterans and seniors ages 65 and up, and $6.95 for youth ages 4 to 16. Children three and under are free!

Easter Extravaganza

There will be an Easter egg hunt at 2:00 PM and free Easter Bunny photos, face painting, balloon animals, kids coloring activities, and more! Families can enjoy kid-friendly snacks and finger foods for parents, as well as mimosas! There will be take-home Easter favor bags as well!
PRO Tip: Organizers request that guests RSVP via Eventbrite and sign up for a photo with the Easter Bunny ahead of time so he knows how many kiddos he’s going to snap photos with!
