Denver Nuggets vs. New York Knicks

Whether you’re a longtime Nuggets fan or a casual basketball enthusiast, nothing beats a home game on the weekend! Kick off your Friday evening with the Nuggets as they take on the Knicks at Ball Area. The game will be on the heels of a Thursday match against the Lakers, so whether you’ve snagged tickets to both evening games or you’re just going to one — make sure to arrive early and cheer loudly. Friday’s game is scheduled for 7:00 PM and tickets are still available, beginning as low as the $80s.

Emo Nite

Emo Nite is a popular, recurring DJ-driven party and live music event dedicated to fans of all things emo, pop-punk, and alternative rock hits from the 2000s. Attendees often sing along to their favorite bands, such as My Chemical Romance, Fall Out Boy, Paramore and more while they enjoy a nostalgic and high-energy community atmosphere. Emo Nite is a 21+ show and will be held at Summit Music Hall this Friday. The show is scheduled for 9:00 PM. General admission tickets are priced at $30 and will be available while supplies last.

Museo de las Americas invites you to celebrate the special Cultural First Friday event focusing on International Women’s Day this weekend. If you haven’t already heard, Denver Restaurant Week is back! Showcasing the creative, exciting and diverse menus across the Mile High City, foodies will be in heaven. Menus are organized across four price points, starting at $25 and rising to $55 for a multi-course meal. Establishments range from fine dining options to chef-owned eateries and everything in between. Enjoy food from around the globe or check out a gourmet food hall where you’ll find all things local. Colorado Mammoth vs. Ottawa Black Bears

Ball Arena is hopping this weekend, with home games for the Nuggets, Mammoth and Avalanche! Whether you’re cheering on the Mammoth as they face off against the Black Bears or you’re hitting all three this weekend for the ultimate pass to Denver professional sports teams, it’s a great weekend to be a fan in the Mile High City. The Mammoth’s game is scheduled for 7:00 PM and tickets are available starting in the $30s. The American professional box lacrosse team plays in the National Lacrosse League.

Colorado Rapids vs. LA Galaxy

Catch the Rapids at DICK’S Sporting Goods Park as they take on the LA Galaxy on their home field. The game is scheduled for 7:30 PM and tickets are on sale now. Grab yours starting in the $30s and if you want to cheer the whole game, consider the general admission supporters section! This high-energy standing zone is behind the goal and features drums, flags and constant chanting throughout the action.

Crawfish & Craft Beer

The Monkey Barrel is excited to present the Crawfish & Craft Beer festival this Saturday at 1:00 PM. Take a trip to Louisiana without ever leaving the Mile High City. Attendees will jam out with live music from Ryan Chrys & The Rough Cuts as the legendary Bayou Boys are serving up crawfish by the box, with all the fixings! Each box will include sausage, corn and potatoes and will weigh in around 3 pounds. If you’re feeling extra hungry, check out the optional add-ons such as boudin, gumbo and jambalaya. The event itself is free and there will be limited reserved seating. Crawfish & Craft Beer is scheduled from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and will be held outdoors, so dress for the weather!
PRO Tip: Reserved tables include one box of crawfish and five drink tickets unless otherwise noted. There will be a QR code for each table to provide guests with a menu for specials, cocktails, craft beers and the standard food offering.
Mile High Beer Fest

The Mile High Beer Fest is back for what’s sure to be another memorable celebration of all things locally-focused craft beer. This Saturday at Denargo Market, check out the unbeatable selection of craft brews from 40+ Colorado breweries, cideries and distilleries. With over 100 beverages to discover, the atmosphere will be lively and inclusive. Whether you’re a seasoned beer connoisseur or you’re just dipping your toes in, this festival has something for everyone. All tickets include unlimited sampling, with general admission from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and early entry beginning at 1:15 PM. VIP ticket holders can enjoy 90 minutes of early access plus an exclusive commemorative pint glass.

Celtic Mania

Runnin’ of the Green 7K & 2M

The 38th Annual Runnin’ of the Green is finally here. This Sunday in Washington Park, lace up your sneakers and partake in Denver’s classic Irish jog. The Lucky 7K and 2 mile Leprechaun Leap will be followed by an Irish Festival that will keep you on your feet. Chase the rainbow down your chosen route at the Mile High City’s favorite Irish-themed run before kicking off Saint Patrick’s Day with live music, awards and of course, cold beer! Post race festivities will include Irish dancers, refreshments, bag pipes and a beer garden. Participants will also receive a custom finisher medal and free photos!

Colorado Avalanche vs. Minnesota Wild

What better way to kick off your weekend than with a creative space where everyone is encouraged to express themselves? Attendees will explore open-ended arts, crafts and building materials. Kiddos will have the space to collaborate and develop their problem-solving skills, while also allowing their imagination to run wild in a fun and supportive environment. There is no fee or RSVP required to attend this program, so just swing by from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM and enjoy an hour of fun-loving collaboration for all ages.

Free Day at the Denver Museum of Nature & Science

The Denver Museum of Nature & Science is excited to welcome eager visitors for this weekend’s free day! Satisfy all things you’ve been curious about when it comes to nature and science by walking up anytime on Friday. From 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, there will be a Girls & Science 2026 Kick Off program. This annual event is hosted by the DMNS, CBS Colorado and Girls Inc. of Metro Denver. The museum will remain open until 9:00 PM. PRO Tip: A separate ticket will still be required for those who want to check out the planetarium or temporary exhibits. Access to the Wildlife Halls and to the permanent exhibitions is free.
Family Day @ MCA

Denver’s Museum of Contemporary Art is hosting their first-ever Family Day, which encourages families to explore the museum at their own pace. Additional experiences during Family Day include a Disney-themed karaoke room, as well as a shopping experience at the art convenience store on the third-floor that’s currently featuring artwork by Anise Aiello and MCA Failure Lab Teens. All proceeds from the store will go towards supporting MCA Youth Programs. Public parking is available and museum hours will be held from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday.
PRO Tip: Head upstairs to the Idea Box for a hands-on art making workshop before you leave! The Art Garage will be leading an art activity based on the work of Sammy Seung-min Lee, an exhibiting artist!
