Free summer concerts are back at Levitt Pavilion! Catch a free performance this Friday featuring Mariachi Sol de mi Tierra with the Fiesta Colorado Dance Company and Chicano Heat. Scheduled food trucks for Friday’s performance include Flavor of Tabasco, Peyote, Sauvage, and Msosi Kenyan.

Friday’s show will open with special guest Allen Stone.

2025 Denver Summer Whiskey Tasting Festival

Join the fun for the final Summer Art Market of the season at RiNo ArtPark, hosted by Fireside at Five. This monthly festival features 50 unique RiNo artists and small businesses each month, along with a variety of family-friendly programming including a live DJ set from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM with IAMGRUV and a live performance by Luna & Sol from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM. Additional activities will include a DIY screenprinting station for the first 200 attendees inside Truss House, a free craft station in partnership with Fruits of our Labor and ArtPark partner pop-ups.

Art of Jazz Workshop: Creating Stories from Paintings

Defy the burgeoning AI movement and get ready to express your own human creativity in this child-friendly workshop at the Blair-Caldwell African American Research Library. Attendees will write original stories inspired by the jazz-themed artwork of Darrell Anderson’s “Streets, Take 5” exhibit at the library. The facilitator for the group will provide writing tips and assistance, and who knows, you may even have the chance to share your story on the library’s social media pages! This workshop has been curated for ages 5 through 18.
PRO Tip: Saturday’s workshop will be held in the Archive and Research Room at the library on the second floor. The scheduled program time is from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
Unicorn Festival

The Arapahoe County Fairgrounds are where the magic is happening this weekend! Enjoy indoor and outdoor activities with the family at the Unicorn Festival. Weekend hours are scheduled from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, giving you all day to stay and play and enjoy ongoing entertainment and activities with the little ones. This year’s admission includes multiple unicorn corrals, a mermaid lagoon, foam parties, face painters, a bubble playground, creation stations, and all-new slides and obstacle courses! The 5K Unicorn Run is back this year and will be organized on Sunday morning at an extra cost for participants. Admission to the festival is priced at $25, which is good for all weekend. Kids ages 2 and younger get in free. Families can also take advantage of a discounted 4-pack priced at $82.
