Shred Event Information
Community members are invited to bring their personal or business paper documents to be securely shredded at the upcoming event put on by RE/MAX Professionals and the Professionals Miracles Foundation. We understand that not everyone has access to high-quality paper shredding, which is why this event provides an easy alternative for destroying documents instead of throwing them in the trash.
RE/MAX Professionals is proud to team up with Professionals Miracles Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to providing support to Denver families with children in need. On Saturday, May 6th, 2023, we’re hosting a Shred Event in two of our Denver-area parking lots.
Organizers recommend arriving early before the truck fills up. This event is based on a first-come, first-served basis. Community members are welcome to stop by between 9 AM – 12 PM.
As always, donations are gladly accepted and 100% of the funds will go to the Professionals Miracles Foundation. Donations will contribute to providing financial support and care for diagnosed children and their families. We hope to see you there!

Who Does Professionals Miracles Foundation Serve?
Professionals Miracles Foundation is a Lakewood-based nonprofit that strives to ameliorate some of the financial burdens that families face when caring for a child with a life-threatening diagnosis or lifetime medical condition. They do this through the collection and distribution of funds to qualified families in need.
All donations collected at the event will be directed to the Professionals Miracles Foundation.
The foundation began with one sick child, Jamie Leigh, who was diagnosed with leukemia. Colleagues and friends alike rallied around Jamie, providing moral and financial support to her family. She has now grown into a talented young woman and has even participated on the PMF board as a junior member. The foundation has continued to help countless other children and families during their time of need and are proud to continue serving the Denver area and spreading their story.
Together, RE/MAX Professionals and Professionals Miracles Foundation have contributed an annual average of $125,000 to Denver Metro families in need. These funds have gone to improve the lives of children who have been diagnosed with life-threatening illnesses and/or who are facing a lifetime medical condition.

- Ask your employer if they have matching charitable gift programs and enroll PMF.
- Donate directly to the Foundation or through Colorado Gives Day.
- If you know a sick or injured child who is in need please let us know. We do have a few qualifications
- They must reside in the Denver Metro area
- Grants can only be given through a 501(c)3
Professionals Miracles Foundation is a nonprofit charity created in 2002 that has received its charitable status under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. It is in good standing with the Internal Revenue Service and The State of Colorado and as such can receive charitable, tax-deductible donations to the full extent allowed by law.
