We do have a few qualifications\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>They must reside in the Denver Metro area<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grants can only be given through a 501(c)3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/professionalsmiraclesfoundation.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Professionals&nbsp;Miracles&nbsp;Foundation<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;is a nonprofit charity created in 2002 that has received its charitable status under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
