Laser Pride at the Denver Museum of Nature & Science is on display for a limited time only! Laser shows at the museum are presented by Laser Fantasy. This cosmic concert series is immersive for all your senses and features a rotating lineup of awesome artists, including Taylor Swift and Pink Floyd! This Friday, celebrate Pride with some of the most well-known music associated with LGBTQ+ artists and fans. Shows are scheduled at 6:00 PM, 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM. There are limited tickets available for each spot, so grab yours now! Adult tickets are priced at $14 and seniors and youth get a discounted rate of $12. There are also accessible tickets available, ensuring everyone gets the chance to see this spectacular program!

Colorado Rockies vs. Arizona Diamondbacks

Watch the Rockies at home this weekend as they face off against the Arizona Diamondbacks on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Games are scheduled at 6:40 PM, 7:10 PM, and 1:10 PM, respectively. Friday’s game will feature a limited-edition MSU Denver Roadrunners-themed Rockies hat for those who purchase the MSU Denver Ticket Package. Ding Dong! Sing Song!

“Ding Dong! Sing Song!” will be presented at Ratio Beerworks in RiNo this weekend at 8:00 PM on Friday and Saturday and 2:00 PM on Sunday. This comedic one-man shenanigan of a show follows the tale of a cynical podcaster trying to find human connection through some unconventional and possibly offensive singing telegrams. Featuring an amazing soundtrack of Outsider Music, this play speaks to the Outsider in all of us. The show runs for approximately 60 minutes and tickets are priced at $15 online and at the door. Edgewater Music Festival

The 28th annual Edgewater Music Festival, previously known as the Blues & BBQ Festival, is proudly brought to Denver by the Blues & BBQ for Better Housing Foundation. This Saturday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM in Citizen’s Park in Edgewater, come on out for great jams and delicious food. During 28 years in operation, the foundation has donated over $600,000 to affordable housing projects in the Denver Metro area! New in 2025 to the festival are two incredible stages, which means even more live music. There will also be a Harley-Davidson Raffle, so enter to win for your chance to ride away on a set of new wheels. The lineup for this year’s festival features Hand Turkey at 2:00 PM, followed by Roots & Rhythm Band, Wild Love Tigress, The Duke Street Kings, May Be Fern, and a finale by Hazel Miller!

Inspired by night markets around the globe, attendees will discover local artists, makers, and culinary concepts throughout the evening. Enjoy live music, drinks, and unique activations that will make Saturday a night you won’t forget. As the sun sets, the Dairy Block alley will come to life in a three-part series. Guests can browse and shop for vintage clothing, hand-crafted chocolates, and local pop-up kitchens serving up mouthwatering bites. Paws with Pride is excited to celebrate love, paws, and Pride at the 2nd annual event this Saturday! Enjoy a fabulous and dog-friendly party hosted by Sploot Veterinary Care and Denver Union Station. This is a free, inclusive event that’s dedicated to showcasing the vibrant spirit of the LGBTQ+ community and the furry friends that walk beside them. From 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, relax on the Terminal Bar Patio at Denver Union Station and cheer on the Doggie Drag Show. Additional activities include a hydration station for the pups, free pet portraits by Denver Pet Pics, local vendors, patio specials and prizes, raffles, and giveaways throughout the afternoon.

51st Annual Denver Cherry Blossom Festival

Don’t miss one of the most fabulous festivals of the season — the annual Denver Cherry Blossom Festival! This celebration is free and open to the public, featuring an abundance of festivities hailing from Japanese heritage and culture, such as live entertainment, a marketplace, and informative exhibits and demonstrations. There will also be an array of food and drink options. Saturday will feature performances spanning Japanese drums, dances, Enka singing, instrumental music, martial arts, and much more, and on Sunday, you won’t want to miss the Judo demonstration or the Japanese folk dancing. Saturday will be hosted from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM and on Sunday, the festival will close at 4:00 PM.

The City Park Jazz season for 2025 is already off and running! City Park Jazz produces 10 free jazz concerts each summer, so make plans to catch at least one of them (or all 10)! Don’t miss Sunday’s performance by the Colorado Mambo Orchestra from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The Orchestra was founded and led by Dr. Raul Murciano Jr. The dynamic group is known for its high-energy salsa/mambo style. Their repertoire spans from traditional Cuban music to R&B, American Songbook standards, and Brazilian tunes.

Little Miss Sunshine

Little Miss Sunshine will run at Aurora Fox Arts Center through the end of the month on Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 PM and Sundays at 2:00 PM. This heartwarming and musical adaptation of the beloved Academy Award-winning film is sure to delight audiences across the city. The outrageously funny characters and upbeat and catchy score will have you tapping your leg and laughing the evening away. The runtime of the performance is approximately 2 hours and 10 minutes, which includes a 15-minute intermission. Tickets range in price from $30 to $42, with discounted rates of $29 for seniors ages 60+, military, and students and $17 for children ages 12 and under.

Sky Rink at Stanley Marketplace
